This one's about me

So you may forgive me for straying off the path of cute little children, for this once. Because here are some pictures of a joyous occasion for me, the mother! Yes, I am now a 'dr'. Not the useful kind of dr., but still, it was bloody hard work to get there, so I am we are all very happy that it's over! 

Grueling defense

The moment we've all been waiting for since 4,5 yrs... My prof promotes me to dr. :)

Yeay! With my 2 pals Miriam & Rosalinde who stood by me during the whole event.

And there's the real superhero (and good looking too)

But do not fear: with this out of the way, there will be more time for fun things together, so more pictures of the children, the only ones anyone really wants to see ;) - so ultimately, better for the contents of this blog!
