St. Céline... and more

Hooray for Céline who, according to our French calendar, has her saints day (fête) today! Makes you want to bounce for joy...

(oh, and by the way October 19th was St. Rene(e). Bet you didn't know that... And now don't all go emailing me to look up your fêtes, because yes, most of you do have one. Although I have never heard of a St. Kari or St. Samara...?!) ;)

And then: drum roll please...
You need a little patience for this one, but then at the end... bam! It's quite spectacular, I am sure you'll agree.

Her rotund format would lead you to expect she'd have mastered this more easily, but it's no mean feat for a baby. Even a chubby one.

Today it rained hard most of the day. So we splashed about outside a bit (and got our pants, socks and shoes very wet), but most of the day, it was playdate bonanza with Kyo and Yuna.

At the end of a day, a nice warm bath and a comfy jammy, ready to read books in the red beanbag with papa. Emile always looks very cute, all cozy and toddler-like, with Adje (puppy) curled up next to him.

Welgefeliciteerd, Céline met jouw naamdag!
She can roll over... can she roll back, or is that a whole other stage? (Probably the latter... it's been 30-odd years since I had the experience.)
Thank you, Mama and Papa for the photos and videos. And the photo of Big Brother in his bean bag: very colourful.
I think that Céline is probably more the intellectual of the two, and leaves the physical stuff to Big Bro. [that was always my story...]
lots and lots of love from your loving Oma!

She is such a happy girl, isn't she?
Next time you film her, stand with the light behind you so that you get light in Céline's face.
